OMG! Tyra was amazing. She colored my hair and got it perfect -- exactly the way I wanted. Then she applied my extensions and I am in love with my new hair!

I had a great experience. I felt well taking care of and my stylist was knowledgeable and courteous.

This was my first time at Illusions and I will be coming back for sure! Danielle was amazing and talked me through each and every step of my color and cut!

It was my first time in and I received a cut. I showed a picture of what I wanted and the stylist did a great job. She even took the time to show me how to fix it and explained all the products used in my hair.

It was a wonderful experience - Kristen's expertise styling; I believe Jamie washed my hair; Heather gave the wonderful free massage that was very relaxing; and there were others, who assisted with my highlights and your darling receptionists, etc. I felt like pampering myself that day, and wasn't disappointed! I told you on my way out that this was the first time I didn't feel like I had to cover my head on the way out, and rush home to redo my hair! You have a wonderful team of workers! Many thanks!

The overall experience was wonderful. Staff discussed options/ideas for hairstyles, environment was clean, comfortable and welcoming and end result was exactly what I wanted. Staff educated me on how to style my hair, products that would be heathy/helpful to use and tools which would help achieve the beach wave curls I was looking for.

You were amazingly prompt and despite it being an emergency call on a Sunday night at almost 10pm the price was reasonable. We couldn't have asked for better service.

It's the first time I'm having my nails done at the salon. I had my nails done prior to this visit at some other salon and it was a complete disaster. Whatever they put on my nails, it took Karen almost a whole hour to remove from my nails. From start to finish, my appointment almost took Karen two hours to complete, and she stayed 100% positive the entire time.
