I recently bought a building with the help of Hal Ball from the Hilliker Corporation. My representation was off the chart and the deal got better as it went on. I am very satisfied and I would not want to go anywhere else now that I have experienced this. I have bought and sold many properties and I would rank this transaction as one of the very best. Hal is very knowledgeable and does a great job of dumbing things down so I can wrap my brain around all aspects of the deal. I highly recommend them.
