Professional, well thought-out, and EASY. I sold my ring on HYSTR for thousands more than offered by my local jeweler. It took about a month, so be patient! It's a win-win: I sold my ring to a buyer who is excitedly starting a new chapter in his life, while I made money to take my exhusband back to court to reduce the alimony I pay him! How's that for karma? The customer service was stellar, and I recommend Phil and his crew without any reservations. I live in NJ, only 30 miles west of NYC, and using HYSTR was easier and safer than going in to the diamond district!

I was beyond impressed with Phil and the staff at Have You Seen The Ring. Shopping for diamonds can be an overwhelming and extremely time consuming endeavor. Their customer service level amazing, well beyond any attention I received while shopping at a brick and mortar jeweler. My questions were always answered quickly and Phil gave me detailed information regarding selecting the best ring for my needs. They insured that my purchase got to me quickly even with my extremely tight timeline. Can’t say enough about the level of attention I received. Will absolutely refer business to them in the future. My wedding set was listed on Have You Seen the Ring for over 3 months and nobody made me an offer that was acceptable to me. I was very disappointed that I could not sell it quicker.



I was advised to lower my price as it would attract more people to my rings. This worked and somebody bought it for the price that I listed it for.



I was pleased that I sold my rings as they would have just been collecitng more dust. Overall I was happy with the amount that the buyer paid, but I wish I could have sold it quicker.
