Provided by YP.com3-24-13, walked into Overland Plaza Great Clips requesting shampoo and plain blow dry without any products or styling. Was told a shampoo & blow dry is $45.00 because that is a "styling"!!! Was told if I wanted my hair dried after shampoo without styling they would not dry it all the way. I said, "You mean I'm supposed to go out into a snowstorm with wet hair?" Girl told me it was change in corporate policy so I told them to forget it. This place has lost my business.
