Diane the desk clerk is rude and needs to work on her people skills. This place WILL rip you off for their monetary gain.

Grays has been fantastic. They have always done honest work for us and have on several occasions corrected errors of other places. For example, we had our car inspected at another shop that said we needed a 700 dollar replacement of the power steering pump for our Mazda MPV. Within 20 minutes the mechanic at Grays determined that it was transmission fluid from a leaking line that was blowing on the pump. The leak was fixed for about 50 dollars including the diagnosis. We have had other similar experiences. To anybody skeptical, just go to their shop and look in the waiting room at all the testimonial cards and letters, the newspaper articles, the certifications and the Angie's list award. Grays will not always tell you what you want to hear, but they will tell you what you need to hear and charge you a reasonable price for reasonable, honest and friendly service.

I started taking my cars to Grays after some of the other shops in the area couldn't fit me in their schedules in a reasonable amount of time. I have never had any problems or issues yet, and will continue to use them in the future.
