This company was very disappointing to work with as an interpreter. They called requesting interpreter services to be rendered at the last minute, we were available and covered this appointment. We have been trying to collect payment from them since December of 2015. Invoice was sent multiple times, and we rec'd a check for 1/4 of the amount that was actually due. Since the "shorted" check, we have tried multiple times to get in contact with "Sarah Disney" supposed manager/owner, with no luck of a return call or email, but once she brushed us off saying she would call back. That has never happened. This is very disappointing considering we are in the same industry, and one is appalled that one could treat a fellow interpreter in such way. It says a lot about the quality of people they may have running the business, which could also imply the quality of interpreters they are also choosing. Definitely choose a different company to work with if you are in need of interpreters/translators.
