I had visited glendale for a specific jeep wrangler, and found they didn't have any on the lot, so told Mike exactly what I was looking for. A few days later I received a call from mike about an 06 wrangler, 6 cylinder, manual transmission, with only 21.6k original miles. The cleanest 06 I've ever seen, and he told me about it as soon as he got to work (the jeep had been there 20 minutes). He sent a video of a walk around while on the phone with me so I had the chance to see it before driving to the dealership. Not that it would have mattered, I was 15 minutes away and would've gone either way, but it was a nice touch. Mike knows his jeeps inside and out, listen to what he have to say! Very personable sales staff, and they will get you what you want. I never new going to a dealership could ever go so well. They're correcting the slanderous nickname "stealership". Kudos ladies and gentlemen of glendale, kudos.

The SERVIDE department has rea...

The SERVIDE department has really gone downhill at Glendale Chrysler Dodge. I bought two T&C vans from them. I have given them more than 95% of all my scheduled maintenance, and all the repairs. I even follow the "recommended guidelines" for service, in order to get a little support when things get dicey. With the more recent van, I even purchased an extended warranty. Despite my "required parts" not being listed on the "excluded" parts list, this dealership refused to honor my warranty. Twice I contacted them for more information, and they've not even responded. At issue are "software fixes" for the various electronics on a fully loaded van, called "modules". New van, extended warranty, and they demand payment for "software fixes"??? That's crazy. DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!

I bought a used jeep from them...

I bought a used jeep from them and it was the most stressful experience ever. They promised that the car would run like new with their 120 points inspection. A week later i found out that the air compressor is blown, belt is gone, brakes is at 30%, and rotor is warped. They made me pay $100 for warranty deductible because they said that it passed the inspection and that it was not their fault. The $100 was waived I think but it was still the most frustrating week ever. Also their financing service is very shady, will not pick up your calls, they declined my moms loan and threaten to repo the car. My mom then got a loan from the bank for much lower interest rate and magically they called and said she got approved and that we have to go through their financial. All I can say is be careful!
