Above and beyond customers service. I grew up in STL and missed all the fantastic foods.

Larry was more than helpful in fulfilling my order. I will be a "forever" return customer.

Everyone should try this shop and all the superb offerings they have!!

Old-time neighborhood corner market

Going to Freddie's is like being on the set of a 1950's movie - a flash from the past and it is ALL good. It's at the corner of Big Bend & South Rock Hill, is small enough ya don't need rollerblades to get around. What amazes me is how they carry so much of what we find in the big super markets, just not so many brands - and hey why do we need to get perplexed at Schux with 78 brands of toothpaste, and 29 brands of ice cream etc. Big stores can stress ya out-too many choices. Freddie's keeps the shopping experiece simple and stress free. Plus, they do carry some quality, gourmet items, natural food items, AND they have an excellent deli and meats counter. Buy pre-made take home entress when too busy to cook. They also have a soup sandwich bar for lunch time AND they have seasonal items in the parking lot like flowers in the springtime. OH, and when ya park you're right next to the building. They've got GOOD fresh produce and store prices are reasonable too. FREDDIE's really is the "friendliest" store around (not Schnux). I luv having them in my neigbhorhood. One more thing, they are good with party trays and getting good turkeys for holidays.
