Recommended for the customer service. They went out of their way to find an affordable way for me to purchase the car I really wanted. However, after I got the car home I did discover some things that were left unmentioned about the car. But all in all, good car dealership.

This is the second vehicle purchased from Frank Leta Acura. I am very satisfied with the professional sales staff, Greg Sabath, and the service department. My wife and I are extremely happy with our new ILX. Everything in the sale was handled as stated with no surprises or with any hard sell for extra add-ons. Because of association with this dealer when we purhcased our 2001 TL and with the new 2013 ILX model being offered, there was no doubt we would shop at Leta Acura. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Great place to buy or service your Acura. Blake is a great sales guy. He lets you take your time and doesnt rush anything. Jason is great if you have service requirements. I just bought a preowned MDX last week and over all the experience was great apart for some vlitches in the finance dept. I must mention that they have a limited but very good stock of preowned cars which are very competitively priced. It was great to buy frlm Blake.

Bought my Acura RL in 1999 and have returned to your service dept for the scheduled maintenance, repairs. Now I have 200K milage. Your service dept is the BEST. They are a cadre of competent, personable, knowledgable and certainly caring employees. I've been retired from ATT since 2000 and I know about striving to achieve and exceed consumer expectations. The crew led by Pam, of Jeff, Michael, Dee, Jason & Jake and others over the years is an asset to your dealership, and should be acknowledged and if I may say, compensated accordingly. The are assertive finding ways to adjust the needs of the business while helping the consumer decide the financial issues associated with the need of repairs. Your crew is a treasure in today's environment of "get 'em in and get 'em out" stressed filled employees. Having made it to 70 years of age, believe me when I tell you, I know excellent service when I receive it. If ever you want a commercial for your dealership, I'm you woman.
