Provided by YP.comSylvia is a very well versed expert on apprasials. She is a well organized professional who gets to the heart of the apprasial at hand. She was extremely effective on the apprasial of my 1920s Japanese Wood Cut collection and helped me to find out that most of these wood cuts were actually 17th century in origin. If a friend needed any apprasial I would recomend Miss. Fraley.
