My daughter's Saturn was brain dead. I called Floyd's for a tow to the dealership, but the lady at the desk was so knowledgeable about cars, I had them take it there., 3 days later, our little car has a brain again and runs great. Probably they saved me a lot of money on this complex problem. Thanks.

I find the staff to be kind, courteous,and knowledgeable. They always remember my name,offer me coffee, and good conversation while I wait. It is refreshing and comforting to have such positive experiences with costumer service. I leave Floyd's feeling safe and satisfied every single time, and would highly recomend them to anyone.

I was treated very fair,they are honest and do good work.The place looks great,just remodeled.

I recently took my car in for 2 tires, as soon as I left my whole car shook, and the steering was horrible, and the steering wheel was VERY wobbly, and the alignment was WAY OFF! Well, have to go back 3 different times because I was given BAD TIRES!!!! Needless to say they didn't fix the problem, and said I should buy 2 more tires! No thanks!!! I was referred by a friend to this company but will never ever go back nor recommend anyone to as well :(
