The wierdest place of business I have ever been to. I went in yesterday trying to get information about membership prices and other general information about this gym and instead recieved the worst customer service I have ever recieved, ever. The guy Jarvis was rude, abrupt, and very loud to the point of making me feel uncomfortable and unwanted. I began to wonder if this place was restricted, meaning did I not fit the "standard" of what they consider to be the type of person they prefer to be in their gym. What is even crazier is the fact that you can't find any information on corporate office number or address to file a complaint, nor can you find any information on the owner of this place. Maybe that's a sign, maybe in fact I dodged a bullet by not being able to sign up. Because after doing thorough investigation of this place, I found a number of complaints online regarding billing issues, bad service, and other stuff. This place is not right! Think again before joining.

Fitness 19 is my favorite place to work out. They have all the weights and equipment I need, and the cost is more reasonable than other clubs. The staff is real friendly and answer my questions. The instructors are top notch. I especially like the kickboxing class.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I was a member of Club Fitness until Fitness 19 came along, i hated Club Fitness with a passion and Fitness 19 is far far from it! Their gym is clean and has the latest equipment at a GREAT price. There personal trainers are so much more helpful as well, i trained with Brandon Haynes and he was wonderful! Brandon helped me lose over 25lbs and such a joy to be around. I def recommend this gym and Brandon as a personal trainer!
