I have spent more than $2,000 here on my Sentra. My sincere and truthful suggestion: Do Not Go Here.

Starting from my first experience here fixing my car's oil leak issue:

A young male staff here asked me to leave my car here overnight in order for them to have more time examining the car. I did as they said, but when I returned to the store on the time they suggested, the car was left untaken care of. No one standed out to be responsible for it, and I had nothing to do about it.

I went there because this was the nearest car shop to my place, and when your car breaks down, you often don't have much choice except run to the closes one.

Delaying and overcharging are regular dishes here, and even after I spent that much here, when I was about to sell my car and asked one staff (young male) to print out my service records for me, he did it unwillingly, and even told me he did not print the records in the order of time, leaving them unorganized and cluttered.

I didn't know why people should get treatment like this after they have paid big money and spent much time here. I still can't understand it and accept it now.

Do not go here.
