I just want to thank Ferguson Roofing first of all for the beautiful job on our roof. We called right before our record breaking rain this fall, and their job really got tested and everything has remained dry as a bone. They came right out with tarps to cover the leaks until they could come and perform the full job, even returned when some of the tarps got blown over by the wind. We also are very happy with how our roof looks, it is just beautiful and we appreciated the excellent job the gentlemen did when they finished of cleaning up our yard and driveway and also their consideration while they were working.



Anyway, this is a wonderful company and our experience was excellent, thank you again! We would highly recommend Ferguson Roofing.

I love the job ferguson roofing did on my house they worked quickly and did an awesome job. Don't worry about it if you have an issue talk to them they will work everything out with you!

Company hard to schedule an appointment for an estimate. I guess they have to much business.



Called to schedule an appointment. Two days later heard back from someone. Made appointment, then got a call to change the day and time. That wouldn't work to my schedule , so schedule for Friday and took a vacation day. Got a call a couple before they suppose to arrive that the guy called in sick. Aske dme to call back to reschedule. No one available. Got a call back that one of the owners would come by. I didn't return their call and no one showed up to see if any one was home. A waste of my time.

My mother used this company in August for the price of approximately $1100. The workers left the yard in complete disarry but they did send workers back when my mom complained and they "sort of " cleaned up. Shortly afterward she developed a leak in her basement and someone from Ferguson came out and "fixed" it and she had to call a neighbor to finish the repair. Yesterday (May 1, 2012) after rather severe rains she had a serious leak in her ceiling (water inside a ceiling light fixture) and she called the company. She was informed that there would be a charge in excess of $300 for them to come and fix it. She informed them that she had just had them put her roof on 9 months earlier and was informed that this was still the charge. She then called on another neighbor who got the leak to stop and who is now in the process of repairing it for no charge.

When I bought my new house I knew it needed a new roof. A friend of mine referred Ferguson ROofing to me and when I called they set an appointment to come see the house right away. They were very responsive and helped explain to me what was truly needed to make sure my roof would last and be stronger. No one likes spending money on a roof, but their bid was fair and inclusive of everything, instead of giving me a bare-bones bid to come in cheap. I felt comfortable with them working on my home and am very happy with my new roof, gutters and gutter guards!
