At 1-800 Fast Help, we know how important a quick response time is when water damage has occurred. Therefore, we always have an Emergency Response Team available in St Louis that is on call 24 hours a day - 7 days a week, with an average response time of 60 minutes; even on holidays!

The minute that 1-800 Fast Help arrives, we begin to conduct a through and comprehensive inspection of any water damage, flood damage, mold damage or board up and tarping need that your property may have. At this point, we bring out our moisture detection equipment to find moisture ridden walls, ceilings and flooring in your property. Once we are able to assess the amount of damage, our second goal is to dry your company....FAST.

1-800 Fast Help's first step in removing any water damage and drying your property is to secure all the personal belongings and keep them from becoming soaked and moldy. If you were in a residential structure, we will make sure to remove any clothing that may be located near the water damage. We will then remove any furniture that has been exposed to the water damage. Once any materials that could not be salvaged have been removed any standing water, we will begin to deploy any and all extraction and dehumidification equipment in the water damage affected areas. The use of this equipment ensures that any remaining moisture from the building materials and the air is properly dried out. This process can take anywhere from less than 24 hours to more than several days depending on the extent of the water damage.
