My previous roofer messed up my exhaust pipe up on the roof so my furnace stopped working. Mike came out on time and looked at it and explained to me the way it should be. it turned out I need a cooling and heating guy. He is very professional and patient. I really appreciate him coming out to look at my pipe on the roof and explaining everything to me.

They did a really good job and they had the best price. We called a lot of roofing contractors for estimates and these people were the only honest ones, which is hard to find in a roofing company. They don't try to oversell you or make you put yard signs in your lawn. The people are really nice and professional. I would definitely call them again and I probably will to do some more stuff.

We received several bids and met with several local Angie's list contractors and ultimately decided upon EBS. Their quote seemed more in-line with the work and materials selected and we felt like they would be the most responsive and do the best work for us and our home. Our first interaction with EBS was with Mike Grossman who was great to work with. We had lots of questions and several special projects we wanted done during the roof work. Mike was courtesy, professional, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Once the schedule was set (which was based on our requested timeframe) roof work began quickly. We did have some slight weather delays but the crew reacted quickly and ensured the roof was tarped and materials picked-up. Mike the Project Manager was responsive with calls, visits and follow-ups and as the work began Anthony Grossman (EBS owner) came out personally to ensure everything was to his standards. I appreciated Anthony's visit and inspection and knew I made the right contractor decision. Several days after the roof, skylight, and cricket were installed the siding and shutters were installed by another EBS crew. Work again moved quickly (even with some weather delays) and we were very pleased with finished look. The final invoice was received shortly after and everything was in order and as expected. Overall, our personal experience with EBS was exceptional. Our roof looks fantastic and the skylight, shutters, and siding add that extra pop to the house. I would highly recommend Exterior Building Solutions for roof and exterior services and will use them again in the future.

I found them on Angie's List and we were very happy with them. Anthony Grossman was the representative that I dealt with from this company. He was very professional and caring. We had just had a disaster with a previous contractor and we had to redo everything that they did. He explained everything and gave me a very competitive bid. They were prompt, clean and did an excellent job. They transformed our house from a shack to a really cute cottage.

On schedule, professional sales person and workers, no surprises. I recommended them to a friend who was also very pleased with new roof and ridge vents. Did the job for exactly what my insurance company paid, and included adding ridge vents without additional charges.

It was on the cheaper side. He worked with me all the way through. The workmen broke a window, which I found after the fact, and he came out himself and replaced it. They were very prompt, the price was good, he listened to my problems, worked with me and advised me. I was almost going to go for the new type of roof and he said, with my house and for less money I could do something else and it would be just as good. He checked on it after the fact to see if I was happy with the work. I recommended him to my brother and my daughter.

Drip edge installed incorrectly. Replaced with correct drip edge VENTS as soon as weather permitted. Workers were polite, exceptionally industrious and the cleanup at the end of each work day was unbelievably thorough. Roof looks great and everyone (especially Dave) was a pleasure to deal with.

They started on the agreed upon date 22September and finished on 23September as promised. They were great they answered all questions and cleaned up during and after the job was completed. I am very happy with the quality of the job and materials used. I would recommend them highly.

I really, really like them a ton. We had a leak in our roof from the previous roofer. He is still stuck to his original quote. I was impressed with that. Basically, he realized that the nails from the original roofer company had been put in a place that basically no roofer should put nails. He didn't even think to look there because it was like "Roofing 101," so why would they put them there? It's all over the roof and it's just a matter of time to get it replaced. He did an excellent job. I would easily use them again especially if we had to replace the roof. The price was reasonable.

The workman performed the work well and cleaned up after themselves. I am happy with the work.

This is the second time we have used them and we were very pleased both times. They have been very professional, courteous, and the work that they do looks great. This time EBS put up new gutters, downspout, and gutter screens for us. I would definitely recommend them if you need to have some work done on your home.

I contacted EBS to get a bid for a roof replacement on my home in Wildwood. I'm always skeptical about contractors so I tried to search for the ones with the best reviews on Angie's list. I contacted the top 3 companies based on reviews and received bids. EBS's bid was competitive, and our sales rep, Mike G. was very knowledgeable and courteous. The job was done quickly and on schedule, and so far I have been very happy with the work they did. The roofing crews were clean cut and made sure they didn't leave nails or other debris in the yard for my son to get hurt on. I will definitely use them again.

I recently had my roof replaced and used Exterior Building Solutions. They did a great job. They were very good about staying in communication for scheduling due to the weather in our area. I know there are a lot of roofing companies to choose from but rest assured if you choose Exterior Building Solutions you will not be disappointed!
