Events Above The Rest performed excellently for this client. We coordinated and decorated her wedding ceremony and reception. Her wedding reception was stopped abruptly by the venue management because her guest were smoking illegal substances in the venue. Venue management ordered everyone to leave immediately. The vendors were allowed to remain to break down their equipment. She provided us with chargers that she wanted used. We set them up, so after the reception was ended, we collected them. She had a balance owed to Events Above The Rest. She was asked to make arrangments to pay her balance and pick up her belongings. She actually made an appointment to pick up her belongings. We can only assume that she did not plan to pay her balance because she never showed up for the appointment to pick up her belongings. We tried several times to contact her, but we did not get a response. The only move we made during the time we worked with her was from one suite to another within the same building and the phone number always remained the same.
