I have used Ernie Patti for many years for everything from auto body repairs, new tires, mechanical work and even routine oil changes and tire rotation. Without execption the service and quality of the work performed has been outstanding. In addition the vehicles have always been completed on time even when navigating the red tape that is often an issue with insurance companies.



I always refer family and friends to Ernie Patti Collision because of how well the entire staff has taken care of me and my family. In fact I drive from far west county to their location off South Kingshighway because I can trust and count on them to be honest, fair and provide quality workmanship. I've taken my vehicle to Ernie Patti Collsion many times, both for collision repair as well as engine repair. I've always had a great experience. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and go above an beyond to assure that I am happy with the work. They communicate with me directly through the entire process. It's the only place I go and trust knowing I'll always be taken care of no matter what my needs are.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! Beware before going here!!! I have had the worst time working with this place as they royally messed my car up after they allegedly fixed it. The manager Josh attempted to intimidate me and I felt unsafe at a point. Of course they are trying to say the white paint sprayed on my car was there prior to me bringing it there, but thankfully pictures prove otherwise! Please think long and hard before using this place!!
