Went into their store and said I was looking to buy some glasses and they said well here is all of the sale glasses and cheep frames and three people were doing nothing and told me I was in line I waited and got no help for 30min I love how they just assumed that I couldn't afford anything in their store but what they didn't even realize is I was wearing a $1000 pair of glasses on that I bought from them one year before. This was the rudest and snobbiest place I have been to, so rude and only showed me the clearance glasses. Poor service, snobby, wouldn't recommend to anyone

I have no idea where the other reviewer went or read online but this place was terrible. Way overpriced, lousy service and pushy. The place is a hot mess. I couldn't wait to get out of there. They only wanted to sell me and didn't care what I was looking for... Should have read the online reviews before wasting my time.

fool me once... this place is a total joke.. 400 dollars for plastic frames and plain lenses! service is appalling and prices are terrible.. they charged for every last thing they could and refused to honor the standard on their own groupon.. don't let these snooty jerks rip you off! not worth it!

I wear my contacts for too many hours a day, according to my optometrist, so she ordered me to get some glasses before my eyeballs fall out.



I ventured here for my spectacles based on the stellar Yelp reviews and the fact that it is practically across the street from mi casa.



Usually when I go to get glasses I stare at the selection for an hour, walk in circles, stomp my feet, complain about the shape of my puny head and settle on a pair that I don't really like but I can live with.



As soon as I walked into Erkers I was overwhelmed by my options. The glasses are super cute and hip. I wondered if they were too hip for me, but I figure that now since I live in the loop I need to look the part.



The salesman was friendly, offered some suggestions, but really let me explore and do my own thing. Sweet! I was instantly drawn to a rectangular feminine frame with a light blue interior and a mahogany exterior. I could feel the hipness washing over me. The ordering transaction was smooth. I got an unexpected discount for living on the street. Also, they gave me a $100 promotional discount for my next pair that I could give to a friend, but I think I will be using that myself. I was told my glasses would take a week and sure enought they called within that time. The prescription was right on and the size fit my puny head exactly.



I think I am in the market for a pink cat eye frame with some rhinestones and I know just the place to get them! Yeah, I have accepted my hipness.
