Enterprise Rent-A-Car gave us valuable choices and took the time to explain our options. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I've tried other rental companies and none come close to Enterprise. P.S. The shuttle drivers were social and looked for ways to help with a smile. Angie A.

Our flight got in at night. Bad weather (snow and sleet) were going to hit the next day. The shuttle driver was very friendly, helped with our bags and gave us tips on things to do while we were in st Louis. Check in was very quick. The agent met us on the lot and offered us an upgrade for a little more each day. It worked out great because we were about to upgrade to a 4wd which helped tremendously to get around in the bad weather that weekend. Such a blessing. On our return, the drop off was super quick and easy. I would highly recommend this location.

I've used this car rental spot quite a few times. I like the convenience of it to the airport but I don't like that shuttle fee they charge. Plus I've mistakenly left a pair of Gucci glasses and a morphie (portable iPhone charger) in the car and they "magically" disappeared even though I called right after I got transported to the airport by their shuttle. Smh, one employee even told me that the people who clean the cars for them were hired contract and they weren't responsible for our left behind items. I just couldn't believe that. So they are cool for renting but PLEASE remember to grab all your things because they will be taken and go missing all of a sudden.

The service was good, except the agent did not thoroughly go over the fuel option. I had about 3/4th of a tank of gas and they charged me $26.00. The light was on when I left Jefferson City, I filled up and it only took $22.00. Gas was the same price I was supposed to get. Not happy at all. This is the second time I have had an issue with enterprise. For the most part happy with them. They need to ask if you have had the service before, if no explain fully. They are so worried about getting you in and out that they don't explain fully. I should have asked but I thought they would consider what was in the tank. I feel like they took advantage of me. So always fill up your tank before returning.

The car was fine and got good gas mileage. Several dings were noted when we picked it up, and we had no issue about them when we returned the car. The lot is at an awkward location, and the entrance is difficult to identify on the approach from the airport. Confusing intersection, but close and easy access onto I-70 west. Airport shuttles run frequently.
(Biggest irritation is being pressed to post rating/comments and having to join YP to do so.)

Had Flight problems getting to St Louis. called Ejnterprise when still on the East Coast. They stayed passed closing so I could get our one way Rental. Very good Service when we arrived. Car was OK. Dropped off car in Dubuque IA week later and again very good service. Will always try Enterprise First when I need a Rental.

it was pretty amazing. The two workers that were helping me with my rental were really great and had amazing smiles. I fell in love with the car that was offered to me and I ended up calling him Silver. It was a 2015 Ford Explorer and it was perfect. Had it for 10 days and I had no complaints about the car or their service. I will definitely go to then again sometime in the near feature.

I chose this Enterprise for a weekend rental for the great price. Next time I'll pay more someplace else. When I went to get my car I got the MAJOR hard sell for the extra insurance. After I declined he kept pushing. He asked me what my deductible was and told me they would take my deductible and $300 per day for everyday the car was in the shop being repaired after I wrecked their car. He reminded me of the bad crime rates in St. Louis and that I was taking a risk not taking the insurance in this city. As a long time city resident I found this insulting. He was rude and pushy and smug. If that little snot was my son I would have slapped him upside the head for being so rude. I'll pay more to be treated better.

Recently used their service for a weekend rental due to needing a larger vehicle. Tim assisted myself as Lauren assisted my friend and they both gave us the vehicles that we wanted that weren't even available at the moment. No problems with the vehicle and the return was quick and easy.

I am a commuter from the Cleveland area and I have been making the trip back and forth for over 9 months now. I have used Enterprise for all of my rental needs with the exception of one week. My rental experience with another firm was a disaster. I will never use any other car rental company except Enterprise again. They greet me with a smile, remember my name, provide excellent service, and always have a car for my needs. Well done Enterprise!

I have traveled to St. Louis on several occasions for business. I had used different companies that did not meet my expectations on a previous trips. Enterprises rates were competitive so I decided to use them for my current trip. Enterprise’s team was professional, courteous, and timely in their service. Not their fault that STL airport sites states they are located in terminal. We weren't prepared for shuttle to car. All personnel were helpful and friendly. Great that spouses can drive car without extra fees. Wish you knew if you could separate keys,they are all on one cable. Biggest concern is that contract is not available to read in advance. You receive it as getting car and driving to exit booth. You will hold up all the cars behind you while reading it.

Shuttle from airport was nice. Man at counter was quick. To few people in office to help find cars, people queued up. Nice upgrade of car. Unfortunately it smelled like smoke. Somehow I took it without noticing and had to sit in it the test of the week. Low tire pressure light came on in less than a day. Nice place to return after hours.

The girl seemed like she didn't know what she was doing during the paying process. I wanted to use another payment other than my credit card. She said my card declined, when I told her that that was wrong and it's something she did, she got an attitude and said she didn't do anything. Asked the manager if he could help but realized it would take another 45 mins and said forget it. I got home and saw a pending charge on my debit card, proving it was something that she did. It took 45 mins to try to switch a payment, only to say forget it keep it on my credit card. Ridiculous.

Great staff, excellent car, very clean. I especially appreciated that the car did not have residual chemical odors from window cleaner or other deodorizers, tobacco, upholstery, etc.

My only disappointment was learning, later, that Enterprise is an active member of ALEC -- American Legislative Exchange Council -- please discontinue these anti-American lobbying activities -- not consistent with your model of public service!
