I have spent over $4k in vehicle rentals in the last six months. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever. They lied to me to get me to return a truck that I had rented over a month. Got a call to come in and give them new payment info since I had to cancel my cc due to fraud when I was traveling. Received a call at 2pm to come in and was asked if I could come in before 5- I said I would try but was working so it would be Monday. Received three harassing phone calls and so did my reference. Wasn't planning on returning the vehicle for another few days, actually had all my personal items and lumber, for my business, in the truck. With no notice, they took the truck back and told mento find a ride. I called the branch to get the district managers phone number to file a complaint against the branch, and got hung up on, by the manager. I called back and got hung up on again. I called corporate and the ladies response was"they are allowed to lie to get a vehicle back".
