I use to rent from them a lot. They worked hard on being very competitive. Nevertheless, my more recent experience (2 different times) is that they really try to take advantage of the customer. One person will tell you one thing and the next person something totally different. They turn over customer service personnel constantly. They know they will not be there long, and they don't care if they keep your business. It is a simple transaction for them. Don't rent from this location. Go down the road to Thrifty on Kirkwood Road. Mark the manager has been there for over 20 years. They work hard to get and keep your business.
