I was reluctant to visit this location because of the bad reviews, however I visit this location anyway because it was close to my home. My visit was just wonderful. The first person I met was Tom and he was extremely helpful regarding what I needed to do. I followed his instructions and I felt much at ease. I was given a car and Gabrielle went through in great detail how to operate the car. I also noticed that Tom waited on several customers at the same time in a very calming voice and gave each customer attention. I will revisit this location and tell my friends about the excellent service. Keep up the good work Enterprise.

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. Derrick (manager) told my mother in law that she would need to search for an available car at other Enterprise locations herself since they did not have what she originally wanted. We were told several times that they had a mid size SUV available but when we went to pick it up, they did not. I agree with the other customer reviews, save your time and rent from other locations.

If I could give them minus stars I would. Worst Customer Service ever! They gave me inaccurate information the day prior to them "picking me up" and instead of trying to rectify their mess up because of a new employee they kept placing me on hold. Nice. I hope the feel better at night knowing they had a woman and kids stranded in a city that was new to them and were unwilling to help.

I RENTED A CAR FROM THESE GUYS ONCE....IT TOOK THEM TWO HOURS TO FIND ME A CAR THEY CLAIMED WAS IN STOCK, YELLED AT SEVERAL CUSTOMERS IN LINE, AND HAD ME FAX HALF MY LIFE STORY JUST TO RENT....



I RENTED FROM NATIONAL, ALAMO, HERTZ, AND AVIS SINCE AND ALL HAVE BEEN AWESOME, NO BULL, JUST AN EASY RENTAL WITH PRETYY DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL CIRCUMSTANCES CONSIDERED. HERTZ AND NATIONAL WHERE THE BEST.



BY THE WAY, THEY ALSO WILL LEASE THEIR OFF-RENTAL CARS, NEVER CONSIDER THIS OPTION. I DID IT BEFORE I KNEW HOW HORRIBLE OF A COMPANY THEY ARE, THEY MIGHT ACTUALLY PROVIDE WORSE SERVICE ON A LEASE THAN THEIR RENTALS.



PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY TO A COMPANY THAT UNDERSTANDS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN BUSINESS, THE CUSTOMER ALWAYS BEING RIGHT, NOT A PROBLEM TO DEAL WITH.
