Outstanding service and good cars albeit limited on selections. The staff worked hard to get me what I needed.

Terrible prizes at the 1815 North Mitchell Cadillac Michigan they wanted to charge me 49.00 dollars for the day and 75.oo on top of that to take it to the Airport that is two hours away. So much for the WE BRING IT TO YOU. Not happy.

Don't believe their commercials about "associates being able to take care of all your concerns" I had made reservations two months ahead of time while over seas and even went through the trouble of confirming a car by speaking to a real person for a one way trip from Dulles International to Virginia Beach. When I arrived after a 15 hour flight to get my car they told me that it was impossible to do a one way trip and that, of course, if I did there would be a an additional fee involved. I was too tired to argue with them but just told them that I would never use Enterprise again and went over to Budget who was more then happy to rent me a care for a one way trip.

Good customer service, friendly, prompt. I rented an economy car which was buffeted about a bit in winds, otherwise the car was fine (at first I thought it was the alignment, but no problems when there wasn't a wind. I knew that they offered free pick up, but was not aware that they also offer free drop off after you return the car.

Terrible; Very rude service.

The first time I rented a car from Enterprise ( a Lincoln Towne) I was very pleased. The second time I rented from Enterprise, I was very disappointed. I had made a reservation well in advance and when I went to pick up the car the night before my trip, there was a much different and smaller car awaiting for me. I then cancelled the rental and used my own car which was much better than the one they were offering. When my family rented a car from Enterprise and was driving 700 miles to a new location, the same thing happened. A different vehicle was there for them to use and not what was promised. Also, when I needed to rent a car when my own was at the dealer's for repairs, the dealer called Enterprise to bring out a rental for me and I could not believe it. The car that was brought to me had NO power steering and was so small I could barely get in. Needless to say when we needed to rent again for our vacation trip, it was NOT with Enterprise.

You got a new guy Ryan in the office who was very competent, polite and organized. I would come back to this Enterprise. Thank you!

They lied and said a gentleman was on the way to pick me up. Ten minutes later, they called back and said that they didn't have any cars, but they would come and get me as soon as they got back with some, in about another hour!!! In the meantime, I'm not able to get to work!

I live 20 minutes outside of Olean and Enterprise picked up and AND dropped me off after the rental period. I know the staff changes there often (every couple of months it seems like) and this most recent staff really blew me away. the car was nice and clean and a lot newer than my own. Highly recommended.

Couldn't get anyone on the phone. Had to call National #. Then, although I live within a 10 MILE limit, I was told my zip code showed me outside the limit. That is wrong. I am very close to exactly 10 miles. CANNOT BELIEVE A COMPANY CAN'T GIVE A LITTLE ON THIS ISSUE. Sorry aobut caps. just not going top re-type...
