Efthim Company Realtors have helped me greatly. Their efficiently and friendly staff make everything easy and their response times to maintenance requests are speedy. I have lived in my current Efthim managed property for over 7 years and I am not considering moving any time soon.

Whenever we needed anything they were quick to respond and our issues in maintenance were resolved fast. I always took our rent to the office and they have a very friendly receptionist. We are happy to say we renewed our lease it was a pleasure renting from Efthim.

The Efthim Company has been managing my property in St. Louis for a number of years. The current tenant has stated that he is moving out by March 2014 and I intend to rent to family members directly after that. My time with Efthim has come to an end but my decision in no way reflects unhappiness with their company and should my family ever move out, I would like to re-hire them to manage the house.

I am finishing a ten year business relationship with Efthim Company Realtors. I have decided to sell my rental property and move out of state in order to retire. Throughout these years with Efthim, they have been the standard for excellent service. Their service and help managing my rental property far surpassed my expectations. They have been more than a Realtor, they have been a friend. Thank you.

Last year I was interested in a property managed by Efthim and I called them to set up a showing. Ken was early and did a great job. I had previously worked with Efthim to get some painting done on a different property I was in contract with and it was to my satisfaction and the neighbors. Always a pleasure doing business with them.

I just purchased my first rental property and Efthim really came through when I was within 2 hours of closing and learned that the seller didn’t have all of the leases for the property. Not only that, but I was learning that the rent amount were different than I was originally told. Efthim was very response when I called them at the 11th hour and was able to provide the missing leases and rent ledgers for each unit. They basically helped save the closing and for that I am eternally grateful. Thanks to the Efthim team!

I would like to give my experience as a property owner and my relationship and dealings with Efthim Management Company. I purchased my property in March of 1998 and selected a property management company that did not pan out and left me in a tough situation as an out of state owner. I reached out to Efthim in December of 1998, explained my situation, and what I needed formal management company and we agreed to start a business relationship in January of 1999.



There have been several times in which I am glad that I switched to Efthim. There have always been ties in which there have been some disagreements as with any working relationship. But all in all, I have been more than pleased with how Efthim has managed my property over the years and I definitely made the right choice with going with them 14 years ago. It is a great family owned business with great people, great communication and great follow up which was very important to me as an out of state property owner.

Throughout the last 14 years, Efthim has been a rock for me and my property. There have been several times during our relationship where the funds were short form the tenants and/or limited funds available from me to handle needed repairs on the property. Efthim worked out multiple payment options for me I order to get the work done and allow for the payments to be made through future earnings. That assistance and willingness to help me out in a jam, was truly appreciated and less likely to have happened with any other management company. A very special thanks to Efthim and associates.
