AVOID THIS STORE LIKE THE PLAGUE!! The manager Mike Taylor is very rude. We went in and looked at some bamboo floring, I asked about an estimate and he said he had a guy that would come out and measure. The guy arrived 50 min. early while I had another competitor there. After the guy measured I waited 10 days for my estimate. I called the store and talked to Mike asking about the estimate. He said "I know you are getting other estimates and how much do I have to be competitive." I explained I had not received any other estimates yet and just to tell me his. He said "I don't compete with people like that". Then he said "I don't want to do business with you" and hung up. I say, grant him his wish and DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH HIM.
