Jacob gave me phenomenal service. He opened my house in just a few minutes and was upfront and reasonable with price. Of course, I would have rather paid $0 and continued on with my life 'as-was', but that's no longer an option when you're locked out and Jacob made it as painless as possible.

Hopefully I never have to use this service again, but if/when I do, I'll be calling Eagle Eye.

I contacted Eagle Eye Enterprises re a problem I had with a lock. Gary responded right away and gave me in a bid for the work I needed (replacing a lock).
we set up an appointment-- he was able to come the next day! he was promt and very professional.
he explained my options and replaced my lock in about 15 minutes. the charge was exactly what he quoted, no additional mystery fees, etc.. he was about 15% cheaper than the other companies from which I received quotes (3 other companies).
the whole experience was exceptional- it was a difficult situation for me and was such a relief to have it taken care of!!

Excellent experience! On a terrible day when I needed someone the most Eagle Eye came through quickly with excellent professional service at a great price. My problem was solved and I could get in to work. They were right on time, very understanding and cleaned everything up. I can't recommend them enough. Based in south city they are your local source locksmith work. He is even so dedicated he found a way to make it over and help me when his regular vehicle was in the shop! He didn't have to do that. Now that my locks are safe and secure I have peace of mind once again, thanks to Eagle Eye!

Gary saved my baby's life! My baby was locked in the car while it was running & he was there in 15 minutes & had the door open in about 30 seconds. Very polite and clean cut, would definitely recommend him to anyone.

We have been having trouble with our door lock for some time. You would have to pull on the door handle and jiggle the key just right or you would be out of luck. It also was very hard to turn. Sometimes it felt like the key would break off it I tried any harder. Eagle Eye Locksmith replaced our lock and re-keyed the new lock for our old keys. He was fast, courteous and his rate was very resonable. The new lock is so smooth and easy to open. I couldn't be happier. Gary also told us about training he just completed to work on automoble locks. He can even work on the keyless entry locks. It was fascinating to hear someone talk about a job they really love. We will definetly use Eagle Eye in the future.

Jacob was very professional. He was also able to open my 2006 Trailblazer in a matter of minutes. No scratches and my power windows work perfect. After finding out my car battery had died, Jacob stayed an extra 40 minutes to jump my car. THANKS AGAIN! I will definately use this service again and I highly recommend them to anyone.
