Most crooks go to jail and Mr. Dunlop should be right there with them. Never ever accept him as GAL. He's money hungry, and could care less about the child. Case in point, he charged over $2000 in fees and never talked to the child. He signed 3 documents and each time demanded more money. When questioned about his activities he refused to give us a itemized bill of his services, saying he didn't have to and never does. He also charges the highest interest rate allowed by law on the unpaid balance. Fortunately there is a movement to disbar him.

WORST GAL in St. LOUIS..If you are going to court and someone refers Brian D. Dunlop to you run like hell DO NOT ACCEPT THAT! IF A JUDGE APPOINTS Brian D. Dunlop as a Guardian ad Litem PLEASE for your children's safety as well as your own immediately change to a new GAL - I have spoken with a few Lawyers and they all say the exact same thing "You Have to Do The work for Brian.. He wont even know anything about your case until he opens your folder as he's walking into court..he's the WORST LAWYER in MISSOURI!" Also if a Judge appoints him as your GAL you only have 10 DAYS to ask for a new one! Otherwise you have to prove that he (Brian) is not doing his job.. but by that time it will be to late. TRUST me he has RUINED MY CHILDREN'S LIVES!!!! AS WELL AS MINE.. BUT IT'S ONLY TEMPORARY, I'm Doing EVERYTHING in my power to fix his MESS he CREATED!!!! He LIED IN COURT UNDER OATH.. He does the complete OPPOSITE of what he tells you he's going to do.. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! BECAUSE OF BRIAN DUNLOP my children whom I have raised their entire lives were put permanently in their father's care when I left their father because of how abusive he was to me and my children!! He is also a drug addict and a drug seller! Brian Dunlop had PROMISED drug testing-- NEVER HAPPENED! They are sleeping on the floor over there it's horrible DFS has been called! Also Brian had swore to do home visits to see where the children were better off--NEVER HAPPENED! It's a shame that man has the power to put your children wherever he wants after not doing any of his HOMEWORK! He needs to be stripped of his title and I will not rest until that happens!.. Please read the other post's that people have written about this shameless man.. there should be a law where people who have that kind of power undergo several physiological test's because I guarantee this man is a sociopath! This man has no feelings and feels no guilt for not knowing anything about where he places these kids!-- good luck --btw this site makes you pick a star otherwise he wouldn't have 1/4 of a star

I was taken into the hallway at court Wednesday by Mr. Dunlop at which point he got in my face, (a woman) about proper Judicial proceeding and was screaming because I brought my 2 small children who were sick to court, daycare does not take them when they are sick and I would have been at home with them if I did not need to be in court, I believe a severe injustice was done and was removed by security when if security would have seen his hallway display I'm sure he would have been the one removed....

Avoid Brian Dunlop as your children's GAL.

He is arrogant, rude, non-responsive, close-minded, and a very very poor choice to protect the interests of our most defenseless citizens.
