Wouldn't take my mower anywhere else! Great place.

We are lucky to have Dunham Sales and Service for our small engine repairs and maintenance. I have used them for ten years. Whether I needed maintenance on my lawn mower or repairs on a rototiller they are always been there for me. Each winter I buy my Christmas trees from Dunham.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! I had a mower that needed a new throttle cable and new starter cable. My brother has built and rebuilt lawnmower engines for the last 10 yrs but could not get to it for another 2 weeks. So I decided to try out Dunhams. First of all, the guy tries to sell me a tuneup for $85 bucks on a mower!!!!! I should have turned away right then, but I let it slide to my detriment, as you will read. So when I return to pick up the mower, it is mysteriously leaking gas through the primer and they want another $50 dollars to repair it. I LOST IT. It was not leaking gas when I brought it in there (it maintained a full tank for a week prior to Dunhams with no leak problems). After I expressed my displeasure, he tried to negotiate the price to fix the repair, reducing it to $35. I told him just to ring me up for the cables. As he could see I was no idiot and was very agitated, he knocked $20 off the price for the cables and gave me the parts to fix the leak for "free."



This place clearly tried to pull a fast one on me. I only wonder how many other customers unknowingly took it in the #@*. Take your mower somewhere else!!!
