DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! We bought our equipment from them upfront seven years ago. We signed a three year monitoring contract. We continued to use them for seven years. When we moved recently, we found out they automatically renew the contract annually after the three year contract is up. Even though we are moving, and not just canceling to use another company, they want us to pay for the rest of the year. We were not made aware of this when the contract was originally signed. Who would sign a contract that renews for a one year period automatically forever??? NO ONE WOULD!!! We paid for the equipment, used the company for seven years, paid on time for seven years and now want us to pay for a service after we have moved. This is a bad business practice!!!
