When I called to schedule an office visit, I was impressed that I was given numerous appointment options within the next two days. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, my experience was all down hill from there. I was not called back to the waiting room until 1.5 hours past my scheduled appointment time. Once in the exam room, I waited an additional 25 minutes for Dr Jacob to see me and he did not even have the common courtesy to apologize for running so late. He spent minimal face to face time with me and I felt pressured to have an expensive x-ray done on my foot. I was not impressed with Dr Jacobs and will never return to his office.

Dr. Jacobs is a nationally known preeminent surgical podiatrist. He provides cutting edge patient care documented in industry journals. You will not find a better podiatrist, not only here in St. Louis, but in any other state. Dr. Jacobs is the podiatrist other podiatrist see for their foot care. Do not trust your foot care to an orthopedic, trust your foot care to a doctor who specializes in the bones of the foot.

Dr. Jacobs has been my podiatrist for many years Without him and Dr. Kinsella, I would not know about CMT. Many of the symptoms have surfaced and he really understands my concerns and cares about ME. I would not recommend anyone else. Before referring you to someone else, he considers whether their level of integrity and customer service. I need to see him now. I have since moved to another city, but I will not switch, he is stuck with me. If you have podiatric concerns, hurry to his office. The staff is warm, welcoming, professional, and they care, too.
