Diverse Consruction Group a/k/a Sunrise Construction a/k/a Mark Lucido & Judy Gilland tried to get out of paying employee benefit plans. See federal case 2009 WL 1955754 (E.D. Mo.). The former assistant to Lucido started a new company for Mr. Lucido to run so that Mr. Lucido could try to get out of paying Sunrise debts. The court case shows Mr. Lucido and Sunrise never paid the monies owed to the employee benefit plans and then tried to avoid a court judgement for that responsibility by orchestrating the start of the new company Diverse. We have also had first hand business dealings with Diverseand Mr. Lucido and our experience is they are not only incompetent as contractors, they do not pay their bills and are dishonest in dealings. Diverse and Lucido are opportunistic vultures looking for a way to rip you off. Anyone who does business with Mr. Lucido / Diverse is taking a big risk.
