The perfume sprayed on our dog was extremely excessive that I believe my dog had temporary respiratory problems as a result. She came home wheezing for days and her eyes were so squinty. I actually just met with a pet owner from our local vet who said she took her dog there due to the problems possibly caused by this groomer. The pet owner said she charged her $70 for a wash/cut which was $20 more than we were charged. The dog came home with her hair falling out from a reaction and a terrible cut. We won't take our dog back ever!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Rude and unprofessional! I was hung up on twice for absolutely no reason. I couldn't check out my dog until I paid only to find that his cut was choppy, ears not trimmed or brushed and he had NOT even had a bath!! This self proclaimed Christian woman Diane is a rip off artist! I was later told by a former customer of hers that she's dealing with addictions. Her behavior warrants that completely or she's simply nuttier than a fruit cake! Please don't take your dog to her. She has no business handling any one's pet that they love. I will never ever give her another dime.

Unprofessional. No business manners. Don't pay attention to details. Owner is very hard to deal with when conducting business.



Called company to bring attention to service request that was not recognized three times before. Owner did not want to listen. Owner jumped all over me and tried to start an argument with loud unbusiness like accusations.



Very vulgar, offensive, and loud obnoxious behavior. Very unpleasant to deal with when trying to conduct business.



The work was beautiful. Just needed to work out a few details that had been ignored three times before.



Owner should breed a more customer friendly attitude and manners.
