Rude staff. I asked the lady for quarters as the change machine was out of ordered. It was as if I asked her to donate me her kidney. Washing machines stink. Low low water. Hot cold functions don't work. Dryers are all broken. Hot/warm functions don't work. No bathroom. No A\C. Spend your money elsewhere if you want clean clothes.

I have experienced unprofessional treatment from the clerks and the laundromat. No public restroom and no air conditioning in the summer.

The laundromat machines are overpriced and out of service.

It is not worth the risk ruining my clothes to go back again!

I chose this laundromat because it was the closest one to my neighborhood, (South County), that is open 24 hours. I figured, it's in a good neighborhood, chances are they have good washing machines. I was correct in guessing that, the washing machines and dryers worked wonderfully. I was washing my clothes at about 4:00 A.M., and a Clayton Police Officer drove by twice, slowly, and was shining his spotlight inside the laundromat. I have no fear of the police, but felt instead, safe. I am sure he was not used to seeing someone inside the Laundromat at 4:00 in the morning, and wanted to be sure that I was not up to anything (such as harming the business). I made the mistake of eating before I began washing clothes, and needed to use a restroom. NO PUBLIC RESTROOM. Be careful going here in the LATE evening, or EARLY morning because the local gas stations will not let you use their restrooms because of the time of evening/morning. You will have to drive to Hampton Ave to a diner or Steak and Shake to use a restroom. There is FREE Wi-Fi, which I am using right now, so that is a plus as well... The place seems clean and well kept. I did not have a chance to meet the staff due to the time of morning I was using the facility. Overall I gave it "3 Stars" due to the fact that it had no public restoroom, or restroom at all.
