We serve in many different types of ministry such as healthcare, social services, teaching, counseling, prisons, pastoral ministry and many other ministries. We have a deep passion for changing the world one person at a time. We believe in social justice for each person. We are located throughout the United States but that isn't all. We are an international community of over 19, 000 women in more than 90 countries throughout the world. We serve in small towns, large cities, rural areas, third world countries - wherever you find persons who are poor and marginalized you will find the Daughters of Charity.
