Dan is focused, technically excellent and made a big difference in helping me avoid surgery or medication. Cannot recommend him more highly.

In previous years, I had been a patient of Dan Kelley and when I recently had back problems, I called in July for an appointment. I couldn't get in until the following week, and when I called for confirmation of my directions, I was told there was no appointment nor was the fax waiting for approval from my doctor. As I could not wait another week, I went elsewhere.

I then followed up with a short note to Dan about this, thinking as a businessman, he would want to know. I received no answer. Several weeks later, I called his office and spoke ti Amber asking for Dan's e-mail. She gave me her e-mail only and I sent a second note. Still no response.

There was nothing nasty in the note and I planned to return to Dan Kelley in the future, but I am amazed there was absolutely no follow-up.

As a businessperson myself, I am surprised.
