We just returned from a wonderful Alaskan cruise/tour. And I believe that it was made possible because of the crew at Custom Travel Service.



After listening to what we wanted from a cruise, Peggy gave us a couple of options from which to choose. Her advise to get a balcony was right on the mark. Viewing the glaciers from our own balcony was an experience to charish.



Since we have never cruised before, they told me exactly what to expect and what to do. We were given help choosing our shore excursions and information about embarkation and disembarkation. She even helped us choose our shore excursions.



We're getting ready to call her again to plan next years vacation.

I've been working with Becky from Custom Travel Service and the experience has been absolutely amazing. I was referred to Becky by one of closet friends. Becky has helped her to plan several vacations and they all exceeded her expectations. I then contacted Becky to help me with the travel arrangements for my honeymoon. Well, life happens, so we (my fiance & I) had several date changes after Becky had done all of the necessary research and plan preparation. I got Becky's name at Custom Travel Service from a girl I work with. After looking at hotel after hotel and website after website, I had a good idea of what I wanted but I was not going to take a chance with my honeymoon. The hotels I liked that I thought were in our budget did have some mixed reviews. When I called Becky she not only took the list of hotels I had found but also asked questions about what I liked about them, what my dream resort would be like and was there anything about past vacations that I liked or didn't like. When she called me back to give me prices, she had the hotels I found plus another one that she thought I might be interested in. I couldn't believe it! It was the Secrets property in the Riviera Maya in Mexico. I had seen this and really liked it, but I thought there was no way it could work with our budget. Now that we are back, I am very happy that we booked through Becky. The hotel was everything we wanted and then some. Our room was perfect, the food was great and the beach is gorgeous! Becky made sure we received all of the special honeymoon perks. I can't wait to go back and I will be calling Becky again.

I usually do not take the time to write reviews, but this time is different. Every year I plan our family reunion. We have been on several cruises and have stayed at all-inclusive properties in both Mexico and Jamaica. I used to research, plan and do everything myself. This year, the number of people that wanted to go got bigger and I just did not want the hassle. I called several agencies here in St. Louis. I chose Custom Travel Service because they were the nicest on the phone to work with.



Judy, the agent we worked with, not only found the perfect cruise for our family (the ship had something for all of us to do), but also worked it out so that our group got extra things like wine, robes and slippers and a group picture on the ship for free with our package. This time, our group was big enough that I even went for free! When I was doing this myself, I never got these things. It was also nice to let someone else handle all the payments from everyone. I know from experience how time consuming and frustrating it can be. Everything went off without a hitch. Judy made it easy! From now on whether our group is as big as this year or just the six of us, I will give Judy a call.
