So often the world of fitness and nutrition is full of arguments, debates, pride, and shame. It can become a competition to look better and be better than others by doing the “right” work out or not eating those “wrong” foods. We desire to create community that is different. A community where our goal to be healthier doesn’t end on ourselves. We desire for people to be healthier in order to live a more full life to serve others and glorify God. A community full of encouragement and grace for mistakes. Showing up and being part of the community is not just for yourself but for everyone else.
