His knowledge of his products is extraordinary, and he seems to know every person who walks into his shop by name...and there are a lot of people in his shop! Janet is also a pleasure to deal with. Great prices and suggestions from Tom, and high quality repair work too at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend stopping in to see Tom if you have any jewelry or silver/gold/coin needs!
