I took my Kitchen Aid mixer in to be repaired. I had stripped the main gear mixing bread. The man I spoke to was very courteous and professional. It was fixed in two days. I would recommend them particularly for your Kitchen aid mixers.

I was initially concerned about taking my appliances there based on the first review. I discarded the second review, as it is unethical to submit a review based on another review rather than one's own experience. My father-in-law had good dealings with them in the past, so with one positive and one negative opinion, I decided to give them a try.
The gentleman there was very professional and courteous. He had my two appliances fixed within 24 hours and was reasonably priced. I would recommend them without reservation to anyone.

I’ve been going to this shop for over 15 years. The service is amazing and the owner is very helpful. They had all kinds of unusual things there for sell. I got a refurbished stand mixer there that works better then the one I got new. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. I pop in just to buy sponges and see what’s new. Never get out of there without seeing some vantage things I’ve never seen before. The owner has done lots of updates since I was in there last. I got My Mom a set of vintage corning ware from there for Valentine’s Day. She loved it. Thanks Crestwood Appliance, you made her day.

I called this company to inquire about the manufacturer of the Sterling scrubber. At which point the guy that I talk to was very rude defensive and disruptive, before I could ask a question and he would answer a question that I haven't even asked. this guy would answer questions that I didn't even care about and talk about things that I wasn't interested in . it was as though he was trying to answer questions that he thought I wanted to know about. And he was quick to let me know that he had the exclusive rights to all of the sponges coming into America from this particular company in Israel, and also talk with a bragging tone of how many he purchases when he purchases them. When I asked about other products that the company produces he told me that I don't have to worry about that because until he buys any other products and brings them to the United States they are not available to anybody. He was very rude he cuts you off while you trying to ask simple questions. All I wanted to know is if the company had other products and what were they because of the quality of the scrubber I would be interested in the other products.He sounds like a very insecure miserable little man.

Deal with it. This is the place to go! I've had both experiences described in the comments, but I wouldn't go anywhere else. The personal service and the knowledgeable repair person are totally worth it.

I just wanted to know if this company repaired pressure cookers, or if they only did bigger appliances.



So I called them and I got as far as "I have a pressure cooker and" and I was interrupted with "what brand is it?". I then said "I'm not sure but I just wanted to know if you repair........" and was interrupted again with "I can't answer any questions until you tell me what brand". So I started again with "can you tell me if....." But could not finish the sentence because he talked over me and again said "I can't say anything until I know the brand".



I think this was the rudest man I have spoken to in the USA - he would not even listen to my question - he just talked over me and would not let me talk.

Thank god I read the reviews first. I considered going until I got to the negative reviews. The first time a business treats me rude, it will end bad for the business, so they won't get mine.
