I had bad electrical issues with my vehicle . I had it 2 other shops that charged me over 100 each to tell me they would need over 1000$ just to start. A friend told me about this place that they knew about electrical issues. So I decided to pay for another tow to try it. I was honestly ready to just buy another car and one or two hundred was worth trying once more vs buying a new car. They are a very busy place I noticed so when they told me it may be a few days before my car was seen I was ok with it. The next day after having my car towed the manager Jim called me and told me my car was diagnosed and needed under 500$ in repairs! I was beside myself and thought it was some elaborate joke! He told me his technicians found a short from a bad mount making wires touch or something and it was 350 for all the repairs! I said ok, 2 days after towing (remind that they told me a few days to check it) it was ready, I picked it up and it was not acting up anymore! I am so happy! Sorry if this post is long, I want to make sure people know this place is legit! I will never go anywhere else again! INCLUDING the dealer which told me it would be over 1000$ to start diagnosing ! THANK YOU JIM AND YOUR TECHS ARE GREAT !!! BTW I have 2010 BMW so I am happy to find a place that does not see dollar signs when I call! THANKS !!! XOXO

Took my car in after leaving the dealer with a $960.00 estimate. Columbia Auto repaired my car for less than half, since the dealer had listed repairs that weren't necessary. The manager took the time to go over what needed to be done, and was honest. My car is running great and I highly recommend Columbia Auto Repair.
