I would not recommend this Law firm - especially for any personal injuries. I used them and I don't believe that they worked on my slip and fall case as they should have. It took them three years to finally locate my landlord about the case (I had spoken with other attorneys afterwards and they couldn't figure it out themselves why it took this long). My case was then turned over for litigation with Gogel Law Firm (I don't recommend them either). My husband and I made it for the meeting, but we were then informed that it was going to be just the litigation attorney, Jeremy Gogel, the defendant's attorney, and myself only in the meeting. The defendant didn't show nor would they allow my husband inside. However, my husband was outside the door and could hear what was going on. That litigation attorney, Jeremy, didn't do anything but sat there on his phone and not paying attention. And the defendant's attorney tried to make it look like I was only suing because I hated the defendant. I didn't sue because I hated him, I sued because I was severely injured on that property and I felt he should have paid for those injuries. I am still injured and suffering. I called Jeremy out to speak about what was going on in there and why he wasn't doing anything. He said the defendant's attorney has the right. Of course, he didn't want the time away from his phone so he just gave us an additional two years to get this case back in court. I wouldn't give this law firm one star but it is required. Very disappointed.
