I needed repairs done to some shoes before leaving town. This shop did the work in one day and the shoes looked great! They were friendly and cooperative. Completely understood my problem. I highly recommend them for any type of shoe repairs!

I am only giving them a star because it isn’t possible to give them less. The worst customer experience I have ever received. Beyond rude. if they were the last shoe repair place on earth...I would prefer to go barefoot.

i was in the store tuday. the man whowaited on me was very rude and acted like he could care less whether or not I did business there. i would never reccomend this shop to anyone.

I went in to have my instep on my boots stretched. Paid $25. RIP OFF!!!!

We asked him about care on my new boots- what kind of oil to use etc. Joe the owner replied "ill show ya when you pick them up...." You will get an email when it's time to pick them up.



I never got an email- called & got hung up on twice & the third time I was put into voicemail- left my cell #.



20 min later - i got an email saying they were ready. The email stated no need to bring receipt in etc. SOOO i show up- he can't find my boots- using my cell or email address- so he was SOOO RUDE!!!! Told me i needed a receipt. SO i go get it & then he found them. put the boots on & they did NOT EVEN FEEL LIKE THEY WERE STRETCHED AT ALL!!!??? I said "um they don't feel like u did anything to them?" He said "well its hard to stretch that area!" ok maybe u could've told me that $25 earlier!??

Then we asked him about oils AGAIN & we did not get off his REAR END to show us any- he said "oh any oil will be fine- just oil them!" ok so we left- we were willing to buy oil there but he acted VERY INCONVIENCED W/US BEING THERE!?

I don't know how they stay in business w/how rude he was & i feel totatlly ripped off TOO!

RUDE MAN!!!!
