I had 30 windows installed and they did a unbelievable job!! Matt was one of the best salesmen I have ever worked with...very professional and friendly. The installer were very courteous and efficient. Even the people in the office were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Castle Rock to anyone!

I had Castle Rock install 4 windows for me back in 2010 and was very pleased with the customer service and work performed. I am having them come back to install a new window in my bathroom.

I rarely write reviews, but this calls for one because everyone needs to hear this. I called Castle Rock about a month ago, everything seemed fine. They got my information and said I would be contacted soon by a representative to go over pricing. First of all, the person on the phone was slightly rude when I asked if they replaced windows, just to make sure I had the right number. She made a sarcastic response that I quickly brushed off. After they took down my phone number and email, I waited. And waited. Two weeks later I called them back and asked about it. They tried to look me up but no one by my name or number was in their system. I was frustrated, but let them take my information again (number and email). They said they would email me back that day. Today is a few days later, no email. I called back and asked if I was in their system. They had my name spelled wrong, with no phone number and a misspelled email. I was furious! The lady on the phone was very rude and said it wasn't their fault, and that they sent out the email. The email was spelt wrong, I never received it. She asked for my phone number again (it wasn't in their system) and I told them I gave it to them twice already. She was very rude. I will not be using their services, no matter how great their prices are (I have a feeling I will never know anyways). I suggest using someone else.

Great windows for the price. They can't be beat...I've tried. I have used them on several occasions and had good experiences every time.

I've done a lot of work with Castle Rock on different properties of mine including my first home and now my 2nd. I never hesitate to call Castle Rock, they have never let me down.

Castle Rock is a very dependable company and the completed work was great. On two separate instances, we have used Castle Rock to replace our windows. They arrive on time at the scheduled appointment times and the quality of the windows are great. Castle Rock provide great quality windows at an awesome value. Can't go wrong with Castle Rock.

Had very good experience working with Castle Rock. They installed windows in the apartment building I own. Thought they were professional but very reasonable in price. I have already recommended them to a few other people I know that have investment properties.

I had Castle Rock Remodeling replace all the windows in my last house and I was thoroughly satisfied. I recently moved to a new place and found some windows in need of replacement, despite being a different type of window, Castle Rock was the first and only place I called and once again did a GREAT JOB! Castle Rock did some windows for my home a while back and when I realized I needed a new roof they were my first call. Everything has been done beyond my expectations and I would gladly refer them for both.

Castle Rock has done a few windows in my home and did a fantastic job. When I realized they did roofs and siding I did not hesitate to contract with them for this as well. I look forward to another job well done.

I had Castle Rock replace 5 of my windows in March 2010 and they did a perfect job. They have worked so nicely I just ordered 5 more and hope to get the rest done soon after.

I recently got new windows installed in my home through Castlerock remodeling. I have to say that the company had excellent customer service and they were very quick to install my new windows. I would recommend the company to anyone in need of new windows. They were great!

I have had Castle replace several windows in my home on 2 different occasion and have been very satisfied with the work as well as the windows.

We were pleased with the workmanship Having a 100 plus year old home ,we were concerned about not getting a tight enough install and we would still have air drafts. Air tight and our first winter was draft free. The installers were polite and cleaned up their mess at the end of each day. Matt was on time for our initial appointment And answered all our questions both during our appointment and any additional phone calls we made.

Kevin Doll was friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He gave a thorough presentation and answered all my questions. His presentation helped me feel confident in my window and door selection. Castle Rock’s prices were excellent. The installation crew worked quickly. They, too, were polite and knowledgeable. I love my new windows and sliding door (including both quality and appearance). I am very pleased with my decision to work with Kevin and Castle Rock Remodeling and recommend them.

Castle Rock has done 5 jobs for me now and have always have been on time and have cleaned up well. I would recommend to anyone.

Castle Rock windows are great! It was a great choice I made starting back in 2008 and has saved me a lot on my utility bills since. I am now planning on getting my soffit and fascia done.

I had my whole house windows done including garage and have been pleased with work done and I am now having last basement windows done. I have already referred others and will continue to do so.
