Wow! Went here for a bachelor's party! Absolutely the best steak I've had. Good service...would recommend strongly if you want a good steak!!!

Made reservations despite the poor reviews, however was a little learly about eating here. My fiance and I are adamante about our steak houses and while staying downtown at the Hilton decided to give this a try. Weve tried alot of different steak houses around the STL area howvered never Carmines. Once arrived the ambiance was very good. We ate at 5:30 so it was still light outside. The dinnser salad was good.Industry standard. We both had the Fillet Mignion which was FANTASTIC, and both the sides were also fantastic. Well cooked, lots of flavor, and JUST the right proportion's. The wine list was plentiful. My Fiance had a house red which went great w/ the fillet. The Lombardo family KNOWS good food, and Carmine is no exception.
