My girlfriend suggested that I contact this company to obtain a mortgage for my purchase. I dealt with Alex Gorodinsky as my loan officer. He was very responsive and answered a myriad of questions that I had along the way. I would definitely suggest him and Carlson Mortgage for people who are in the market to buy a home.

Alex and his team were so easy and friendly to work with. At closing, he even showed up with a very nice house warming gift. The deal was done, everyone got their money, and he still showed up with a gift and told us to be aware of any scam mail asking for us to send money. He also made himself very available for the future if we have any questions about anything. Those small gestures of saying thank you for your business go along way. Plus our agent highly recommended him and says she uses him over 90% of the time.

Alex was very responsive, very informative, and very helpful at every step of the way. Definitely made the loan process a breeze.

Not only are they local & have great rates but they don't charge any broker fees and are extremely tech-savvy. They process loans in-house and it's never an issue to close within 30 days.
