Provided by YPmobileUltra-thin patties with caramelized edges make Carl's among my favorite St Louis burgers. No tables, just 16 stools, 8 on each side of the exposed kitchen/grill area on which you can belly up to the bar. No menus except what's listed on the wall. Carl's is iconic, and deservedly so. A must-do for locals and visitors alike.
