Received a call from Bwell Pharmacy Aug 29, 2023, they had a quick question to ask about one of my medications.

Upon speaking with the representative, he informed me that he had already sent someone to our home for me to sign a form stating, I requested this certain drug medication. The medicine prescribed turned out to be something that also required a narc spray. I took the medication only one time.

I explained that I signed off on everything properly and the drug was prescribed by Dr. P…and I did pick it up from the pharmacy, but let it be known that I never asked or requested this or any medication. It was just standard procedure he claimed.

He then stated he would send someone the next day. I agreed. He called right back and said that he’s sending someone over today.

My husband got involved asking who drafted the document, the agent told him, he did, and he didn’t understand why he (my husband) was being so specific about the language.

The agent became upset and began over-talking my husband loudly on a so-called recorded line on how the pharmacy industry worked, stating the document just meant that I did indeed pick up the prescription. He said he wasn’t going to change the wording. She needed to say she requested it.

At that point, my husband told him to have a good day. He called back but we didn't even pick up the phone. He was up to no good and was in BIG hurry to get me to sign something that would make me look like someone on drugs going to the doctor requesting this certain drug and this was not the case. Other than this incident, I felt the service was ok.

I went to this pharmacy a few days ago. They were very friendly and before I was able to sit down my medicine was ready. I couldn't believe it. I will be returning. thank you

Terrible customer service. You will wait over an over while staff makes excuses for managers who don't know what they are doing. I watched the pharmacist ask why pills where lying around and who the belonged too! The person I told who was reviewing my order was in the back on his computer the whole time!!!
