Regular HoursFor any three-day period taken as exception time, report the three days off as eight hours each day on Monday through Friday. Example: In 2009, if vacation days are scheduled for Aug. 14, 15 and 16, then vacation days should be reported on Aug. 10-14 or Aug. 17-21. For any exception day taken on a weekend, report the time as 12 hours taken on week days closest to the weekend day you took off. Example: If an exception day is taken on a Saturday, report the day as four hours on Thursday and eight hours on Friday. If the time off was taken on Sunday, report it as eight hours on Monday and four hours on Tuesday.
