Don't Do business with!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been a Brick Customer for over 5 years now, I have paid on time & never had a bounced check or any other problems that I am aware of until now.



I recently bundled my cell phone, home phone & internet service with one provider.

They gave me a better deal.

My husband called Brick & was told to mail a letter saying we wanted to cancel our service, which he did on May 1st, they received on the 5th & still billed me for the next month's billing cycle, because they said they couldn't contact us by phone nor by internet. They said they weren't sure why we sent the letter so billed me anyway!!!!!!!!!!!!



That is why we sent the letter to begin with???????????????



I will NEVER do business with you again over $19.96, nor will I recomend you to others, which is usually the worst thing you can do positive or negative to a business.



Way to go Brick for treating me like a number instead of a person.



The economy isn't any better right now, so why take te chance of losing more potential customers over $19.96



It was worth it to me, because instead of saying we understand what happened we'll take that charge off for you, I was charged again after being such a good customer all these years.



NEVER AGAIN!
